I know what it’s like to feel stuck in the cycle of anxious attachment—because I lived it. After a string of unsuccessful relationships where I’d bend over backward, people-please, and basically lose myself entirely, I finally realized the only way to feel chosen was to actually choose myself.

That sent me on a years-long healing journey. I dove into everything I could find about anxious attachment, nice guy syndrome, nervous system regulation, masculine polarity, and so much more. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t easy. And honestly, it was frustrating that there wasn’t a single, straightforward resource to guide me through the process.

So, I decided to create the thing I wish I’d had—a simple blueprint for men with anxious attachment. This course is my way of giving back: a practical, no-fluff guide to healing anxious attachment, building self-worth, and reclaiming your life.
